Description

Dunphys is a blended Irish whiskey from Midleton – this’ll be good for mixed drinks and cocktails we reckon. This was originally produced for the American market, though bottles can now be found all over Europe

nose: Creamy vanilla and chocolate digestive biscuits, with a clean, vegetal edge to it.

Palate: Continued creaminess, before developing spicier hints along the way.

Finish: The warming, Christmas-y spices stick around on the finish
