Pasqua Ripasso Valpolicella

Using the Ripasso technique, we obtain the maximum expression of the Corvina, Rondinella, Corvinone and Negrara grapes. After long maceration on the skins, the wine remains in stainless steel until February before being pumped over the pomace from the vinification of the Amarone. This causes a new fermentation, which increases the body and intensity of the wine. It is then transferred into barrels of various sizes for 8 months prior to the final blend being prepared. After bottling, it undergoes another long period of maturation.

Pasqua Villa Borghetti Lapasso

In the glass, the Lugana Doc 2015 Villa Borghetti has a clear straw yellow, transparent, with clear intensity and sliding consistency.

Pasqua Morago Veneto IGT

A tribute to the first bottles of Amarone and Ripasso produced by the first generation of Pasqua family in the 1970s. This line emulates the elegant and classic style of the great Veronese winemaking tradition. Style Deep ruby red in colour. The nose has intense aromas of red berries with hints of spices. The palate is balanced with velvety tannins, and it has a soft and round finish. Great with red meat and game or with aged cheese.

Gift wrapped in a wicker Basket with bow.
